Department of Physics / College of Education for Pure Sciences has organized a scientific workshop on enhancing culture of participation in decision-making process, presented by Dr. Hussein Musa Al-Jubouri.
The workshop aims at encouraging open dialogue and create an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinions without fear of criticism.
The workshop includes several topics, dealing with the concept of decision and principles on which it is based, as well as knowledge of steps of decision-making process.
The researcher calls for attention to these topics in order to learn about decision-making that requires careful thinking so as to ensure effective decision-making based on strong foundations.
