College of Education for Humanities, University of Kerbala organizes a scientific workshop on female voice in times of war : reading of Zainab, Mary and Yasmine’s Novel by novelist Maysaloun Hadi.

Being presented by Dr. Rafel Hassan Taha lectured, the workshop aims at clarifying position of novelist Maysaloun Hadi on reality of Iraqi women and calamities and difficulties they encounter and face while living reality of wars and chaos that befell Iraq before its occupation in 2003 and after its occupation.
The workshop includes a statement of reality of women in Iraq, and a presentation of novelist Maysaloun Hadi’s treatments of female character in the novel, in addition to present some of treatments that novelist reflected in order to change women’s reality in Iraq.
