University of Kerbala
Center for Continuing Education / University of Kerbala has organized a training course for development of university leaders and human resource leaders in presidency hall, in presence of university president, Prof.Dr. Basim K. Nile.
The president says that the training program aims atmeasureing employee’s productivity after he receives the lectures of this course, noting that, an electronic form is created in which the employee’s achievement is recorded on a daily basis.
This activity is based on directives of General Secretariat of Council of Ministers and emphasis of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on its implementation in order to raise level of university performance administratively and scientifically.
The course, which lasts for one month, includes several topics in administrative, legal and scientific fields.
