Faculty of Science – University of Kerbala has organized an electronic course on “the role of administrative creativity in achieving competitive advantage of commercial banks”, in which a number of professors and employees at University of Karbala participated.
The course aims at clarifying the role of commercial banks work to develop their regulatory environment on an ongoing basis, by motivating workers to intellectual and scientific creativity, which is based on a set of values, standards and functional practices to improve the performance of workers in these banks, added to that, the administrative system is characterized by flexibility, dynamism and the existence of a climate between employees is built on trust, which is the basis for the development of communication, to help the flow of information necessary to solve problems that occur during work.
The course includes clarification that commercial banks are surrounded by many changing conditions, whether political, economic, cultural or social. Commercial banks must work to respond to these conditions in innovative ways so as to improve the performance of employees
