Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has organized a scientific symposium on rationalizing water consumption, recycling and preserving it.
The symposium aims at educating students about rationalizing the use of water and not wasting its use.
The symposium topics includes introducing the concept of rationalizing water use, how to maintain its sustainability, and the most appropriate ways to deal with fresh water for domestic or agricultural use, as well as ways to sustain water in Iraq over long ranges.
The symposium also deals with dimensions of water rationalization from social and economic aspects, especially in light of climate change, which has led to an increasing demand for fresh water and global water scarcity.
