University of Kerbala
Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – University of Kerbala has organized a training course which is entitled Lab Emergency Response, with participation of a number of professors and students.
The training course aims at knowing how to deal with the risks resulting from the misuse of chemical and biological materials used in the laboratory. It addresses the problem directly, and how to maintain the safety of the staff working in it, whether they are researchers or students, each according to his field of specialization.
The course deals with methods of dealing with chemical and biological wastes and ways of disposal their effects.
