Faculty of Islamic Sciences / University of Kerbala has held a workshop entitled (Drug abuse and stimulants, causes and treatment).
The workshop, which has been presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Safaa Hussein Latif and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hazem Allawi Obaid, deals with several axes related to the definition of drugs and stimulants, their types, causes of abuse, risks and ways to combat them.
It emphasizes the awareness of students to confront this danger by adhering to the moral and religious system to avoid its health, psychological and social effects on the individual and society.
