Faculty of Pharmacy / University of Kerbala, in cooperation with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society in Karbala, has organized a workshop on first aid with the participation of employees and students.
It includes theoretical lectures and practical applications on how to take the necessary measures in event of any emergency situation such as (fainting, suffocation, fire, drowning, fractures, and others) and how to deal with it. Concepts of first aid are closely linked to the health culture of all members of society as a special skill of the richest every person, regardless of his age and occupation, is exposed to an accident, so we must have the health culture to intervene in the cases that encounter him.
The workshop, which has been delivered by first aid coach Nizar Samer Abed, aims at spreading health awareness among employees and students and training them on how to deal with any emergency situation.
