University of Kerbala participates in the 22nd Arab Scout Leaders and Rovers Forum, hosted by Libya/ Tripoli.
The participation includes marine and mountain scouting tours, in addition to provide many public services that demonstrate spirit of cooperation and solidarity.
The forum implies meetings between leaders and Rovers from various Arab countries, which contributed to exchange of experiences and expertise among the participants.
The forum aims at developing capabilities and leadership skills of young people through scouting and volunteer activities.
The forum represents an opportunity to enhance spirit of teamwork and cooperation among Arab youth.
