Dr. Ghassan Obaid Al-Mamouri, College of Law / University of Kerbala, published a book which is entitled (International Law and Law of State Council of Spain).
The first part of the book refers to texts of cases of conflict between laws that must be applied to each case, in addition to a precise statement of foreign nationals and the impact of acquiring Spanish citizenship on legal status.
The second part is devoted to translate Spanish Council of State Law of 1980, amended in 2011.
