Faculty of Education for Human Sciences / University of Kerbala has discussed a ph.d. dissertation which is entitled (Early Marriage and Its Effects in Holy Karbala of the period 2003-2020 : a study in population geography). It is presented by (Raouf Rahman Ramadan).
The study aims at knowing the effects of early marriage in Karbala, spatial and temporal variation, characteristics and the most important reasons.
The study includes knowledge of size, geographical distribution and classification of early marriage cases in Karbala governorate, demographic, economic, social and other characteristics, as well as negative and positive reasons .
The study deals with the increase in number of early marriages each year, and number of sub-problems branched out from it.
