To be held by National Accreditation Council of Medical Colleges in Iraq in cooperation with Warith Al-Anbiya University, College of Medicine, University of Kerbala participates in a workshop on academic accreditation of Iraqi medical colleges.

The workshop aims at improving level of medical education and ensuring achievement of national and international quality standards that align with global requirements.
To keep pace with scientific developments., the workshop also discusses ways to improve medical education process in the country by meeting strict criteria adopted for academic evaluation, as well as the importance of developing educational curricula and programs.
The workshop also emphasizes the importance of enhancing skills of faculty and administrative staff members using modern technologies.
The workshop also addresses ways to strengthen capabilities of national team of residents by intensifying workshops.
It is noteworthy that Accreditation Council for Medical Colleges in Iraq has achieved a global accomplishment by receiving international recognition from World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) and has become qualified to grant international accreditation to Iraqi medical colleges after they have met accreditation standards.
