College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Kerbala opens activities of its fifth international scientific conference in cooperation with University of Hilla and Warith al-Anbiya University.
Under patronage of Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and under supervision of President of University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid states that the holding conferences is an evidence of its endeavour to advance level of scientific research and knowledge. He notes that these international conferences are milestones in the university’s journey toward globalization by providing vital platforms for exchanging the latest research findings and discussing contemporary challenges.
Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali resumes his discussing saying that this cooperation between College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Kerbala and private universities embodies the ministry’s vision of strengthening higher education and scientific research system and unifying efforts and energies to achieve sustainable development.
For his part, Karbala Governor Eng. Nassif Jassim Al-Khattabi explains that the university’s work keeps pace with Karbala’s strategy (30-50).
Dean of the College Dr. Hamida Eidan, highlights that the conference includes a widespread participation from inside and outside Iraq, received (261) research papers, (134) accepted by Scientific Committee. She remarks that the research papers discuss topics related to various sciences, including life sciences, mathematics, chemistry, physics, and computer science.
