Kerbala University Publishing a Paper in the Field of Chemistry in a German Journal within the SCOPUS Containers

The teacher at the Faculty of Science at the University of Kerbala, Assist. Prof. Dr. Haitham Dalol Hanoon, has published a scientific research paper in the journal “Research on Chemical Intermediates”  which is classified within the SCOPUS Q2 class with 2.064 impact factor known as Springer publications in Germany entitled (Synthesis of cyclic compounds  Heterogeneous in an efficient and environmentally friendly way The new cofactor is characterized by the possibility of re-use more than once and in small quantities, therefore it is considered environmentally friendly).

The research aims at preparing Bronsted acid as a new catalyst in the form of Ionic Liquid and then use it to prepare heterocyclic compounds in a new way that is effective and environmentally friendly, as Ultraviolet technology has been used in the preparation of imidazole derivatives.

The study shows that the heterocyclic compounds that have been prepared are of high product proportions and attended shortly through the use of UV technology.  Using a simple and cheap method and diagnosing it in several spectral methods including the infrared spectrum (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (HNMR), electronic scanning microscope (SEM) and X-ray dispersion energy (EDX).
