The aim of the research is to identify professional development and its relationship to self-awareness and administrative creativity for teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Babylon, and to identify the level of each of these variables in the research sample, and their correlation with each other and their impact on the job performance of a teacher of physical education. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method and correlational relationships, and the research population consisted of teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Babylon, and their number reached (487) teachers distributed among the sectors of the province. The conclusions reached by the researcher. The ability of the professional development scale that was prepared to measure the extent to which physical education teachers in the Directorate of Education of Babel enjoy professional development. The ability of the two measures of self-awareness and administrative creativity that were built to measure the extent to which teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Babylon enjoy self-awareness and administrative creativity. As well as the existence of a significant correlation between professional development, self-awareness and administrative creativity of physical education teachers in the
Directorate of Education of Babylon. The most important recommendations were the adoption of the standards that were prepared and built and applied to other samples. Continuous development of the abilities and skills of teachers of physical education in professional development, self-awareness and administrative creativity, and the provision of training and development programs and the capabilities, means and climate that helps to do so.
