Psychological Adjustment and Its Relationship To Scouting Creativity Among the Roving Teams in the Colleges of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the Central and Southern Iraqi Universities

Abstract
The importance of the research lies in standing on the truth and knowing the relationship between psychological compatibility and scouting creativity and what this relationship causes in changing the behavior of the roving and the trends that he gains through his participation in the scout camps, whose curricula include matters that are directly related to the development of their general information and their social relations. The roving stage did not receive the greatest attention in Iraq and the diversity in its curricula, knowing that it was previously receiving attention because of its great importance in the life of society because it includes the university youth group who acquire culture through education and experience from society through psychological adjustment and its great and direct impact on the work performed by the mobile. The aim of the research is to build two scales of psychological compatibility and scouting creativity among the roving teams in Iraqi universities and to identify through the level of the two scales and their impact on the sample members represented by the roving teams of the central and southern Iraqi universities. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method and correlational relationships, and through his review of many researches, the researcher believes that this method is the most appropriate method to delve into the problem. The researcher concluded that there is a significant correlation between the two scales of psychological compatibility and scouting creativity among the roving teams in Iraqi universities in general and the colleges of physical education and sports sciences in particular, and the possibility of benefiting from building the two scales of psychological compatibility and scouting creativity by the roving teams participants in the scout camps. The ease of applying the measures of psychological compatibility and scout creativity understands the clarity of the idea of positively dealing with psychological variables during scout camps that are held for roving teams. The researcher recommended the possibility of benefiting from the two scales (psychological compatibility – scouting creativity) by the roving teams in the colleges of physical education and sports sciences, and working to increase the awareness efforts of the roving teams and for the rest of the students to belong to these teams and work to increase the psychological compatibility among the students participating in these teams by creating a relationship positive among the nomads themselves as it provides a good working environment.
