The Financial aspects in the Imami Books until the Fifth Hijri / eleventh Century AM

Abstract
The current study which is entitled ” The Financial Supervision in the Imami Economic Books up to the Fifth Hijri Century” dealt with what Imami scholars wrote about the financial supervision and its details based on the narratives they had mentioned in which they clarified the basic sources of the financial supervision that is the laws which were stated through the holy Quran Ayas descendent on the prophet of Allah ( p.b.u.h. ).
These laws organized the all aspects of economic life. Imami scholars showed great interest in the financial supervision issue for it has a direct relation with the people’s life and living taking opinions of the generous prophet and Ahlul Bait Imams (p.b.u.t. ) an evidence to judge the economic cases which are interested in the financial supervision.
One of the most important economic cases that Imami scholars cared about, which in turn, formed a target to observe was the supervision on trade, agriculture, and the financial policy, as well as the supervision on the periodical and non- periodical financial resources. This is in addition to the supervision on markets, selling, forbidding usury, monopoly, pricing, and manipulating with prices.
