الملخص
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم والصلاة والسلام على اشرف المرسلين محمد وآله الطيبين الطاهرين .
ان الاطار التشريعي الذي اسسه ائمة اهل البيت بدء من الامام علي بن ابي طالب وبقية الائمة عليهم السلام ، كان له اثره في نفوس علماء الائمة المنصفين, اذ اتبعوه منهجا يسيرون عليه في ميزانهم النقدي سواء التوثيقي أو الاعتباري .
والشواهد على ما اسسه ائمة اهل البيت عليهم السلام في باب مراعاة اخذ الروايات من منابعها كثيرة ، منها مثلا : ان الامام علي بن ابي طالب (عليه السلام) كان يحذر اتباعه من مغبة الوضع بالحديث ، فقد نقل عن ابي سكينة مجاشع بن قطبة انه سمع الامام علي بن ابي طالب في مسجد الكوفة ، وانه عليه السلام كان كثيرا ما يوصي بتعلم الحديث دراية لا رواية وقد سار على هذا النهج ايضا من جاء بعد الامام علي بن ابي طالب (عليه السلام) .
ومما لا شك فيه ان الاطار التشريعي سابق الذكر قد اغاض اعداء اهل البيت من النواصب الذين كان جل اهتمامهم الوقوف بوجه كل من صحب او تبع دين الحق ومنهم وصي النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وآله الامام علي بن ابي طالب عليه السلام ، الامر الذي انعكس سلبا على توجهاتهم ومؤلفاتهم, لا سيما تلك التي تعنى بأحوال العلماء والوقوف على مدى وثاقتهم, وعلى اثر ذلك قَسّم اصحاب المصنفات الاسلامية على قسمين ، بين مؤيد للأمر ومعارض للقدح بهم, لذا تجد بعض تراجمهم غير مستندة الى قاعدة في التضعيف ، وبعضها في باطنها مدحا خفي لهم ، يظهر لنا ذلك جليا عند مراجعتنا لكتب الجرح والتعديل .
ان تخبط اصحاب كتب الجرح والتعديل في مناهجهم التجريحية وتبنيهم أيدولوجيات متناقضة, اثر سلبا على الاطار العام لعلم الجرح والتعديل.
وفضلا عن انقسام اصحاب المصنفات الاسلامية قسمين كما مر بنا فأن المهتمين بالجرح والتعديل او التوثيق وكتب التراجم قد انقسموا هم الاخرين ثلاثة اقسام الاول :
شيعة ومحبي الامام علي واهل بيته (عليهم السلام) ورواتهم ، والثاني من غير الشيعة والثالث غير المتحاملين على شيعة واتباع الامام واهل بيته (عليهم السلام). ولكل قسم من هذه الاقسام نشاطه وتوجهاته الفكرية .
ونتيجة للأسباب سابقة الذكر فقد جاء اختيارنا لموضوع دراستنا هذه الذي ارتأينا ان يكون عنوانه : (( ألفاظ التضعيف لمرويات أصحاب وأتباع الامام علي بن ابي عليه السلام في المصنفات الاسلامية حتى نهاية القرن الرابع الهجري )) .
ووفقا لمنهج البحث التاريخي فقد قسمت الدراسة على مقدمة وخاتمة وثلاثة فصول :
جاء الفصل الاول تحت عنوان : (( مفاهيم الفاظ التضعيف ونماذج من مناهج مؤلفي كتب الجرح والتعديل )) وقد قُسّم بدوره على عدة مباحث خصص المبحث الاول منه لدراسة التعريف اللغوي والاصطلاحي للأصحاب والاتباع والروافض ، فيما جاء المبحث الثاني للوقوف على نماذج من الفاظ التضعيف التي رُمي بها اصحاب واتباع الامام علي (عليه السلام). اما المبحث الثالث فكان لتوضيح المنهج الذي سار عليه مؤلفو كتب الجرح والتعديل . وقد خُصص الفصل الثاني لرد الشبهات عن الألفاظ التي قيلت بحق اصحاب الامام علي عليه السلام ، ونظرا لكثرة اصحاب الامام عليه السلام ، فقد قمنا بأخذ نماذج منهم فضلا عن نماذج من مروياتهم التي ضعفوا بسببها .

Abstract
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable messengers, Muhammad, and his pure and good family.
The legislative framework that was established by the imams of Ahl al-Bayt, starting with Imam Ali bin Abi Talib and the rest of the imams, peace be upon them, had an impact on the hearts of the just scholars of the imams. So they follow it as a method in their monetary balance, whether documentary or legal.
Evidence for what the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, established in the chapter on taking narrations from their sources are many, for example: that Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) used to warn his followers of the consequences of fabricating the hadith. It was reported on the authority of Abu Sakina Mujasha bin Qutbah that he heard Imam Ali bin Abi Talib in the Kufa mosque and that he, him, often recommended learning hadith as a piece of knowledge, not a narration, and those who came after Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, also followed this approach.
There is no doubt that the aforementioned legislative framework has angered the enemies of Ahl al-Bayt from among the Nawasib, who were most concerned with standing up to all those who accompanied or followed the religion of truth, including the guardian of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and his family, Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, peace be upon him, which was negatively reflected on Their attitudes and their writings, especially those concerned with the conditions of scholars and their reliability, and as a result, the authors of Islamic works are divided into two parts, between those who support this and those who oppose their vilification. This becomes clear to us when we review the books on invalidation and rectification.
Those interested in invalidation and rectification of documenting and translating books have been divided into three categories: the first:
Shiites and lovers of Imam Ali and his family (peace be upon them) and their narrators, the second from non-Shiites and the third who is not prejudiced against Shiites and followers of the Imam and his family (peace be upon them). Each of these sections has its own activities and intellectual orientations.
As a result of the aforementioned reasons, we chose the subject of our study, which we decided to have its title: (WORDS FOR WEAK THE NARRATIVES OF THE FOLLOWERS AND COMPANIONS OF IMAM ALI ( p.b.u.h) IN ISLAMIC WORKS UNTIL THE END OF THE FOURTH CENTURY AH.).
According to the historical research method, the study was divided into an introduction, a conclusion, and three chapters:
The first chapter came under the title: ((Concepts of weak words and models from the curricula of the authors of the books Al-Jarh and Al-Ta’deel)). In turn, it was divided into several sections, the first section of which was devoted to studying the linguistic and idiomatic definitions of the companions, followers and the Raafidis, while the second section came to find examples of the weak words that were thrown The companions and followers of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
The third topic was to clarify the approach followed by the authors of the books Al-Jarh and Al-Ta’deel. The second chapter is devoted to refuting the suspicions about the words that were said against the companions of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and due to a large number of the companions of the Imam, we have taken examples from them, as well as examples from their narrations, because of which they were weakened.
As for the third chapter, it came to the refutation of the suspicions that were said against the followers of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him), and as is the case in the second chapter, we took samples of the followers and introduced them to them and tried to dismiss the suspicions that were raised on them, as well as presenting examples of their narratives, because of which they were weakened.
Most of our work was to follow up on what the owners of Al-Jarh and Al-Ta’deel said regarding the weak words that belong to the Shiites and the lovers of the Imam, peace be upon him, trying to introduce them and know their truth, as well as following up examples of the scientific material of the narrations of these lovers and comparing them as much as possible and the rest of the other sources to know the truth of why they were rejected. Companions and followers, reveling to discover the method that the weak-willed have followed; In view of the fact that the companions of the Imam (peace be upon him) and his followers are many, we decided to take examples from them, may God be pleased with them, according to the letters of the alphabet in each chapter. We present examples of his narratives and discuss them in order to know the reasons for his weakness.
