                                Abstract
The importance of the current study is manifested by highlighting the role of the school and educational environment as it is among the general environments that affect the behavioral patterns of the individual that arise from the social nature، and that attention to that educational environment is a fundamental duty as the institution that arises among its walls students who are considered to be among the most important human wealth of society، and the profession of teaching sports education needs many psychological and social features embodied by transformative leadership، intellectual fluency، flexibility and social support of the teacher because the behavior of practitioners of sports activity is different Levels emanating from the environment and attitudes as it is one of the most important basics of the scientific and professional preparation of the teacher to be worthy of his responsibilities in the educational process and the implementation of the duty brilliantly and sincerely to change the reality for the better and this is the result of conscience، which represents the first picture of internal control to be able to accomplish tasks to become more influential and positive in their field of work.
The problem of studying about the teaching profession was manifested as the main source that extends the other professions and provides all areas of life with trained and qualified human cadres، which depend in its practice on mental، physical، emotional and social activity، which requires desire، readiness and knowledge of the type of specialized knowledge، which prompted the researcher to study this phenomenon and find out its real reality through the study of transformational leadership، intellectual fluency، psychological flexibility and social support.
The research aims to:
• Building the measures of transformative leadership and intellectual fluency among teachers of sports education.
• Preparing measures of psychological flexibility and social support in teachers of sports education.
The researcher addressed within the theoretical framework to all related to the variables researched (transformational leadership، intellectual fluency، psychological flexibility and social support) in terms of nature، concept، importance and theories.
The researcher used the descriptive method of survey ing and comparative and correlation studies and the research community included teachers and teachers of sports education guy babil province as the researcher used the statistical bag of social sciences (SPSS) in statistical treatments.
The researcher concluded the following:
• the development of scientific research tools concerned with measuring the transformative leadership and intellectual fluency of teachers of sports education.
• Teachers of sports education in Babil province have distinguished a high level of transformative leadership، intellectual fluency، psychological flexibility and social support .
• As for the most important recommendations:
1- the need to use the measures built and prepared as scientific research tools in measuring transformative leadership، intellectual fluency، psychological flexibility and social support among teachers of sports education .
2- The need to develop the attributes of transformative leadership and intellectual fluency among teachers of sports education in The Province of Babylon .
