The aim of the research is to build a scale of perceived self-efficacy among football referees (first, second and third degree) in the governorates of the Middle Euphrates, and to build a scale of cognitive self-regulation among football referees (first, second and third degree) in the governorates of the Middle Euphrates, and to build a scale of positive thinking among football referees in the Middle Euphrates governorates, and identify on the reality of perceived self-efficacy, cognitive self-regulation, and positive thinking among football referees (first, second, and third degree) in the Middle Euphrates governorates, and identify on the nature of the correlation between perceived self-efficacy and cognitive self-regulation, and identify their relationship to positive thinking among football referees (first, second and third class) in the governorates of the Middle Euphrates, and the differences between football referees (first, second and third class) in the governorates of the Middle Euphrates. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the style of survey and correlational relations, and information and data were collected for the research community on football referees (first, second and third division) on the validity of the information proven by the football referees committees in the Middle Euphrates governorates affiliated with the football sub-federations and confirming the number of referees approved by them for the season. (2022 – 2023) Their number is (200) referees, with a percentage of (100%), distributed according to their arbitration grades. The research sample was selected using the comprehensive enumeration method. The construction sample was (100) referees and (80) referees for the application sample. The researcher used the statistical bag for the program ( SPSS). The researcher concluded that the research sample was distinguished by a high level of (perceived self-efficacy, cognitive self-regulation, and positive thinking) among football referees in the governorates of the Middle Euphrates. There is a significant relationship between the variables (perceived self-efficacy, cognitive self-regulation, and positive thinking) among football referees in the governorates of Euphrates. The researcher recommended taking advantage of measures of perceived self-efficacy, cognitive self-regulation, and positive thinking among football referees in the governorates of the Middle Euphrates, and generalizing the results of the current study to football referees in the governorates of Iraq.
