Abstract
The Intrinsic changes in structure of The global economy ,It was based on information and communication technology (ICT) , and produced a new kind of economy has become known as the digital economy as it has become the main engine of global economic growth because it is based on the scientific knowledge that led to increased production efficiencies , which led to the intensify of economic struggle and win the bet and achieve competitive to those who have become elements of scientific progress.
The problem of the research is trying to answer the questions derived.
1- This is based on what the new economy.
2- What are the indicators that the economy.
Which represented a new thesis in growth and development.
The hypothesis is also trying to answer the important question is that the digital economy traces task on economic growth in the countries of the sample the aim of research is to provide a comprehensive vision for the digital economy in term of features and indicators and its impact on some macro-economic variable , as well as, The definition experiences are rising, experience Malaysian , UAE , to reach the goal of research and achieve his hypothesis was divided in to three classes I deal with the conceptual and theoretical frame work for the digital economy ,chapter II discussed the relationship between indicators of the digital economy and macroeconomic variables while the study ended last chapter measuring what has been analyzed in chapter II.
The study reached several conclusions : including the digital economy is the latest change in the economic life and change the economy from scarcity economy to abundance economy.
Also found that e-commerce an important role in promoting economic growth and increase in GDP, The study recommended the need to prepare the national strategy for the development of information technology communication and access to the knowledge society to catch up with global development.
