‏ The research deals with the impact of trade policy on the industrial sector in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Iraq, and explains the importance of understanding the impact of trade policy on the industrial sector. This is done by exploring how trade guidance and decisions affect industry growth in selected countries (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey), with a focus on the relationship between trade policy, industrial performance, and the challenges facing this sector in these countries. Study hypotheses: Based on the problem of the study and the objectives that the researcher sought to achieve, the research is based on the hypothesis that trade policy can contribute to developing the industrial sector in the countries (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Iraq)
1 -The aim of this research is to investigate the role of trade policy in the development of the industrial sector and to know the theoretical foundations of trade policy.

In order to achieve the objectives and hypothesis, the research was divided into three chapters. The first chapter dealt with the conceptual and theoretical framework of trade policy.
