The Verse of Ahmed Al Kheyal: A Stylistic Study

Abstract:
Stylistics is considered one of the most important modern critical approaches that is interested in discussing and analyzing the literary text. The stylistic studies highly developed in the modern studies and its power strengthened due to to the cultural activation with the Eastern studies that contribute in uncovering the literary’s style and his sources that he got his culture from specially that it cares about knowing the intermingled texts with each other, as well it uncovers the poet’s linguistic and literary orientation and his ability in employing the language and how to employ it in service of his intellectual orientations.
In this study, we shed the light on the poetic products of the contemporary poet…to be a field for application of his verse is characterized by the large number of poems and multiplicity of topics that he wrote about as well the modernity of poetic image to him and its stimulation to the social reality. We could study his verse under the title ” The Verse of Ahmed Al Kheyal: A Stylistic Study ” to be a title for this orientation. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach in this study for he put a plan composed of four chapters preceded by a preface and followed by conclusion. Thus, the preface concentrated on studying the terminology of the stylistic concept and knowing the poet to be the title ” The Verse of Ahmed Al Kheyal: A Stylistic Study ” to be an entrance that enables the reader to identify the research purpose and to limit it methodological frameworks for it has two main joints. The first was about the concept of stylistics and its types. The second has a quick view about the poet’s personal and literary biographies.
