Majid Abdel Hamid Naji's poetry- Objective and technical studies

The poet Majid Abdul Hamid Naji is considered one of the poets of Iraq in the modern era, and he has a huge poetry collection, in which I studied his poetry in terms of the topics he dealt with and the most prominent artistic phenomena in it.
The poet has spent his life outside Iraq, he worked as a teacher in the universities of Libya, and became a consultant in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman, and this allowed him to write many and varied poems in his life.
The research has studied four aspects of poetic topics: subjective topics, which represent flirtation, description, nostalgia and complaint, social topics that represent messages between his friends, lamentation, poetry of occasions, religious topics that include the praise of the greatest messenger Muhammad and his holy family and their lament, and political topics that are divided into two parts. Arab National Poetry, and Poetry of the Nation.
As for artistic phenomena, they are divided into two parts: the poetic language of the poet, which represents: words, styles, and poetic rhythm. The second section includes poetic images and imagination in his poetry.
Majid Abdel Hamid’s poetry was distinguished by its quality, beautiful expressions, wide imagination, and the selection of appropriate words for meanings. He tried to renew the contents of the Arabic poem.
