The aim of research is to build measures of emotional traits, responsibility tolerance, risk acceptance, and tolerance of force among the regiment commanders in the leadership of the Popular Mobilization Forces. And learning about the reality of each of the emotional traits, taking responsibility, accepting risk, and bearing force among regiment commanders in the Popular Mobilization Forces, and learning about the nature of the correlational relationships between emotional traits, taking responsibility, accepting risk, and bearing force. The researcher used descriptive approach in the survey style (the current situation).
Research community included commanders of regiments in the leadership of the Popular Mobilization Forces, who numbered (202) regiment commanders belonging to (52) brigades within the leadership of the Popular Mobilization Forces. (10) regiment commanders were chosen as a reconnaissance sample.With a percentage of (5.0%), (90) groups were selected as a sample for constructing measures of emotional traits, taking responsibility, and accepting risks, which constituted a percentage of (45%), and (102) groups were selected as a main research sample, which constituted a percentage of (50%) of the population. It also requires the researcher to build metrics to measure the variables of the study according to stages and steps. He also used the SPSS statistical package to process the data and obtain the results of study. The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a positive moral correlation between emotional traits and taking responsibility by accepting risks among regiment commanders in the Popular Mobilization Forces. The existence of significant contribution ratios between emotional traits and taking responsibility with accepting risk among regiment commanders. Developing a predictive equation for accepting risk in terms of emotional traits and taking responsibility. The researcher’s recommendations were the necessity of adopting measures prepared as scientific research tools in emotional traits, bearing responsibility, and accepting risk. The necessity of developing emotional traits, bearing strength, and bearing responsibility among the regiment commanders in the leadership of the Popular Mobilization Forces as a variable that contributes to the acceptance of risks for the regiment commanders in the leadership of the Popular Mobilization Forces
