The focus of the study here is on one form of “cultural globalization.” Some thinkers described cultural globalization as the phenomenon of Americanization; That is, the dissemination of American culture and thought in the place of the diverse global culture so that it overcomes it and works to dissolve it, by various means, whether economic, political, or cultural, while another group believes that it seeks towards homogeneity and cultural similarity and the creation of a global personality with a character that is open to the different societies and cultures around it. Those with this tendency prefer to have a global culture while preserving the local culture. Cultural globalization affects all societies of the countries of the world from different directions but to varying degrees. The research aims to:
1- Building the standards of cultural globalization among the employees of the Baghdad Anti-Crime Directorate.
2- Getting to know the reality of cultural globalization among the employees of the fight against Baghdad crime
3- Identifying the physical competence of the employees of the Baghdad Crime Control Directorate.
4- Preparing a measure of the quality of professional performance of the employees of the Directorate of Combating Crimes in Baghdad
5- To identify the nature of the interrelationships between cultural globalization, physical competence, and the quality of professional performance among the employees of the Directorate of Combating Crime in Baghdad.
6- Identifying the percentages of the contribution of both cultural globalization and physical competence in achieving the quality of professional performance among the employees of the Baghdad Anti-Crime Directorate.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in a survey method, relationships, correlation, and contribution ratios. The research community included the employees of the Directorate of Anti-Crime in Baghdad Governorate … The researcher also used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
