Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, President of University of Kerbala, inaugurates Scientific Poster Day / College of Agriculture of postgraduate students.

Being attended by a number of deans, professors and postgraduate students, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali states that this event is a good opportunity to exchange views, present solutions, and enhance scientific cooperation between researchers and academics.
The President resumes his explanation saying that activities of Scientific Poster Day aim at fulfillment of outcomes into tangible result, developing skills, enhancing scientific interaction, and constructing effective academic relationships.
Addressing challenges facing the country, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali highlights that the role of the university is not limited to education but also includes providing social services in addition to provide scientific consultations in various fields.
For his part, Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein, explains that this event is an important opportunity to highlight Postgraduate students’ efforts and encouraging their creativity. He notes that the College always strives to support scientific research and provide an appropriate environment for innovation, as well as an opportunity for communication and exchange of expertise between students, academics, and specialists in agricultural field.
The dean emphasizes participation of 38 research papers submitted by researchers of all departments of the College including Master and PhD programs.
