College of Engineering , University of Kerbala has discussed the Ph.D dissertation which is entitled “Strategy for Sustainable Infrastructure Management and Guiding Future Policies for Iraqi Cities : Karbala as a Model.”

To be presented by Abbas Hussein Ali Hassoun, the study aims at outlining an integrated scientific framework for infrastructure management in Iraqi cities, in accordance with principles of sustainability and future planning, Karbala as a practical model of the study.
The committee consists of professors from Universities of Kerbala, Al-Mustansiriya, and Al-Nahrain, reflecting the college’s development and active engagement in field of postgraduate studies.
This event represents a qualitative shift in improving academic achievements so as to strengthen academic standing of University of Kerbala.
