University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis Entitled “Principles of Drafting Constitutional Rules”

 

Being submitted by Sahib Mohsin Askar, College of Law_ University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled ” Principles of Drafting Constitutional Rules.”
The study aims at showing basic concepts of drafting constitutional rules, identifying their elements and characteristics, examining the nature of constitutional drafting process from a technical and scientific perspectives, demonstrating the importance of drafting legally and practically and analyzing its types.
The study finds out that subject of constitutional drafting is characterized by a dual nature, making it a point of overlap between two independent branches of law: science of legal principles and constitutional law. This overlap is due to presence of many common principles and techniques that link legislative drafting and constitutional drafting.
