In Cooperation with European Union, University of Kerbala participates in Higher Education Capacity Building Workshop (CBHE), hosted by University of Kufa.
Being organized by Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in cooperation with European Union Delegation- Iraq. It includes participation of several public and private universities.
The workshop has been attended by Dr. Hawraa Jabbar Rahi, Director of Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations; Mr. Ammar Khalaf Zamam, Head of European Union (Erasmus) Projects Unit; and Dr. Ali Mahdi Ali, University of Kerbala.

This workshop aims at supporting higher education sector in Iraq. It focuses on application procedures of Erasmus+ programs, building institutional capacity, enhancing opportunities for international academic cooperation, and developing research and administrative skills within higher education institutions.
The workshop deals with application requirements, project preparation and writing procedures, acceptance and evaluation criteria.

In line with global academic standards, this participation reflects the University ongoing commitment to improve academic openness and international cooperation, and enhance capabilities of higher education institutions.
