The Faculty of Administration and Economics at the University of Kerbala has discussed the thesis entitled “The Role of High Performance Work Systems in Enhancing Creative Performance”
The study, presented by student Dhabab Jaber Hussain , aims at identifying the impact of high-performance work systems through their dimensions: intensive training, empowerment, performance evaluation.
It relies on a set of statistical methods which are arithmetic averages, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Alpha Cronbach, simple correlation coefficient, simple regression analysis, and determination coefficient, T-test, and F-test, using SPSS V.24.
The research shows that there is insufficient or lack of interest in training, which prevents the improvement and development of employees’ capabilities.
It recommends the necessity of giving the authorization for employees to look for ways to improve their works for maximum productivity.
