Lecturer from Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Kerbala, Dr. Haider Salman, has participated in the training course held by the Iraqi Football Association, Karbala branch, with the participation of a large number of governors from the first and second degrees of the Karbala referees committee
Salman says that the course which is entitled “The Philosophy of Arbitration in Football”, aims at developing referees in the English language, as it is an essential part in the tests of the referees committee.
The lecture deals with the most important English terms before, during and after the match, which the referee needs in the international match
