A scientific study at Kerbala University Discussing Transformational Leadership with evidence of Intellectual Energy and Psychological Resilience among Teachers of Physical Education in Babylon Governorate

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kerbala has discussed the PhD dissertation entitled “Transformational Leadership in terms of Intellectual fluency, Psychological flexibility and Social support among Teachers of Physical Education in Babylon Governorate”.
The research, presented by the researcher, Ali Abd al-Kadhim Odeh, aims at learning ways of building the two scales of transformational leadership and intellectual fluency of physical education teachers and preparing measures of psychological resilience and social support for physical education teachers.
The research deals with the reality of transformational leadership, intellectual fluency, psychological flexibility and social support among teachers of physical education and also identifying the difference in transformational leadership, intellectual fluency, psychological flexibility and social support for physical education teachers according to gender and experience and the nature of the relation between transformational leadership and intellectual fluency, psychological flexibility and social support for education teachers and teachers of sports education according to gender and experience as well as predicting transformational leadership in terms of intellectual fluency, psychological flexibility and social support for physical education teachers according to gender and experience.
The research emphasizes the necessity of using built and prepared standards as scientific research tools in measuring transformational leadership, intellectual fluency, psychological flexibility and social support among teachers and physical education teachers and the necessity of developing the characteristics of transformational leadership and intellectual fluency of physical education teachers in Babylon Governorate and developing psychological flexibility and providing support and support among teachers of physical education and emphasize the need to conduct studies that include psychological, social and mental variables with other educational and sports variables.
