College of Computer Science _ University of Kerbala Organizes its Annual Conference for Students’ Graduation Projects

Offering Innovative Technical Solutions, College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Kerbala has organized its annual scientific conference for student graduation projects 2025.
The conference includes a special exhibition of student projects, (60) projects presented by students in both final and non-final stages. The conference provides technical solutions to address serious problems in various fields, such as health, environment, artificial intelligence, electronic management of institutions, cybersecurity, and other topics of great importance.
President of the University Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, accompanied by Chairman of Karbala Provincial Council, Dr. Qasim Al-Yasari; Chairman of Education Committee in Provincial Council, Dr. Mohsin Al-Kinani, and Dean of the College, Dr. Muwaffaq Al-Hasnawi, review students’ projects presented.
Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali praises students’ efforts. He describes them as “distinctive and practical,” and can be used to address numerous problems in various government sectors. He notes that the University are open to all government departments to present their problems so that our university can address them through innovative and qualitative projects.
For his part, Dean of College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Muwaffaq Al-Hasnawi, explains that the conference presents a package of projects completed by students. The conference connects academic education outcomes with community needs by providing opportunity for government institutions in the governorate to adopt viable projects that contribute to address existing problems or facilitating procedures within specific sectors.
This activity stems from the university’s role as a scientific institution that contributes to support sustainable development plans and provide scientifically based solutions to address societal challenges.
