Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, stresses moving towards solid scientific partnerships and openness to industrial environment.
The Minister explains that the Ministry and its institutions have devoted qualitative efforts in field of openness to global academic spaces, embodying quality indicators in educational process and its outcomes, developing innovations, and formulating a future vision that will lead us in a thoughtful manner to a conscious response to sustainable development
Goals.
He continues that Iraqi academic institution has recorded a mark of leadership in field of research and development by initiating construction of largest scientific research centre in Middle East, in recognition of the importance of scientific discoveries to face challenges, and succeeded in opening up to industry environment and establishing incubators for scientific partnership.
The conference activities has been attended by a Director General of Research and Development Department, Dr. Lubna Khamees Mahdi, and representatives of participating Arab committees and delegations. Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has honoured a distinguished group of researchers, pioneers, and inventors.
