A lecturer from Faculty of Dentistry, University of Kerbala, has performed a self-treatment for his teeth, which is first of its kind in Iraq.
Professor of dental implant prosthetics, Dr. Hassan Jawad Al-Masoudi, says that the self-surgery has been done by his own efforts and without the intervention of another doctor.”
Al-Masoudi explains that this surgery is the first of its kind in Iraq, and the treatment supported by 3D rays to determine the correct location of the implant.
