World Federation for Medical Education granted National Council for Accreditation of Medical Colleges in Iraq (NCAMC) full international accreditation at level of programme evaluation and approved standards in areas within quality of medical education.
The letter sent by (WFME) states that recognition committee of World Federation concluded its vote and agreed to recognize NCAMC extending until 2034. National Council for Accreditation of Medical Colleges in Iraq is considered accredited in its policies and procedures to ensure quality of medical education.
On this occasion, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, congratulates all Iraqis and National Council for Accreditation of Colleges of Medicine and University and Health Institutions on this unprecedented historical achievement, which bears a conclusive indication that achieved international accreditation represents summary of hard work of solid national educational institutions that have been accomplished on time .
