Karbala Journal of Physical Education Sciences has obtained Arab Impact Factor, which refers to the importance of the peer-reviewed journals in their research specializations and an indicator for the quality of the journal and the extent of its recognition by the refereed journals in the Arab World.
The Arab Impact Factor relies on various criteria to classify journals, including reviewing number of citations, originality and scientific quality, regularity of journal’s publication, its research arbitration system, as well as adherence to ethics of scientific publishing.
Arab Impact Factor is the most famous Arab measure of the importance of peer-reviewed journals. It is an indicator of the extent of adoption of adoption and spread in Arab world. It also provides a quantitative and qualitative assessment of quality and sobriety of Arab journals specialized in all areas of human knowledge.
The impact factor and reference citations of Arab scientific journals are subject to supervision of (Supervisory and Coordination Council), which consists of representatives of UNESCO Regional Office of Education in Arab Countries and United Nations Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), in addition to a knowledgeable scientific committee of experts and academics from Britain and Arab countries.
Karbala Scientific Journal for Physical Education is published in 2012 and has 82 issues and 8 volumes, and is selected to be among (1155) scientific journals accredited in accordance with international standards of the Arcif laboratories.
