Kerbala University Discussing an M.A. Thesis “The Protective Effect of Folic acid on the Function of Hepatocytes in male rats “

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala has discussed an M.A. thesis entitled (the protective effect of folic acid on the damage caused by methionine overload on liver cell function in male rats).
The thesis, presented by the student Tuqa Sabbar Rahi in the field of Physiology, Biochemistry and Medicines, aims at knowing the protective role of folic acid on the harmful effect of methionine on liver and kidney functions.
The thesis discusses the harmful effect of methionine over administration on the liver and kidneys and the protective role of folic acid in reducing the damage caused by methionine.
