Faculty of Administration and Economics/ University of Kerbala has discussed the MA thesis which is entitled “Electronic Management of Human Resources and its Impact on the Quality of Educational Service: An Analytical Study in Private Universities and Faculties in the Holy Governorate of Karbala”. It has been presented by Hussein Murad Salal Al-Jubouri.
The study aims at demonstrating the impact of electronic management of human resources in achieving the quality of educational service within the research community, which is represented by universities and private Faculties in the Holy Governorate of Karbala.
The thesis discusses the impact of the electronic management of human resources practiced by private universities and Faculties, the research sample, after Corona pandemic, on the quality of educational service.
The independent variable of electronic management of human resources has measured with five sub-dimensions, which are (electronic planning for human resources, electronic selection and recruitment, electronic compensation, electronic learning and development, electronic performance evaluation), while the dependent variable has measured by the quality of educational service with five sub-dimensions, namely (tangibility, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy).
The study focuses on the need to cooperate with private and governmental universities which have successful experience in practicing this type of management to provide high quality service.
