Kerbala University Discussing an MA. Thesis entitled “The Impact of Adopting Green Marketing Strategies to achieve Customer Satisfaction”

Faculty of Administration and Economics/ University of Kerbala has discussed the MA thesis which is entitled “The Impact of Adopting Green Marketing Strategies to achieve Customer Satisfaction: An Analytical Study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Saman Cement Factory in Al-Muthanna Governorate”.
The study, submitted by Sadiq Mahdi Shaliout Al-Nashour, aims at knowing the impact of green marketing strategies as an independent variable by its dimensions (agile green, defensive green, shaded green, very green) in customer satisfaction as a variable based on its dimensions (fairness, safety, respect, trust, and diversity), and then determine the correlation and influence relationships between the main study variables with their sub-dimensions.
The study deals with the importance of adopting modern scientific strategies that take care of the positive impact and contribute to the satisfaction of the customer.
The study shows a positive significant correlation between the variable of green marketing strategies and the variable of customer satisfaction.
The study recommends the need to pay attention to green marketing strategies its dimension, in order to meet the needs and satisfy customers, through the production and marketing of green products that are environmentally friendly.
