With the participation of a number of researchers and specialists, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Kerbala University  has hold a workshop entitled (the importance of the veterinarian’s role in meat slaughterhouses).

     The workshop aims at introducing the most important things that fall into the work of the veterinarian in particular when working on meat slaughterhouses in terms of examining animals before slaughter and after slaughter and determining their suitability for human consumption or not.

     The workshop deals with the work of meat slaughterhouses and the most important factors that must be available in the massacre as well as the presence of veterinarians to inspect the work of these slaughterhouses.
