Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, awards International Creativity Medal to Dr. Rasha Musa Al-Zuhairi – Faculty of Law – University of Kerbala for her participation in activities of Fifth International Scientific Conference on Creativity and Innovation held at Al-Nahrain University under patronage of Minister of Higher Education.
Al-Zuhairi is honored for her book, which is entitled( Mediator in Labor Law), is done during special book signing sessions presented by researchers from Arab countries and Iraqis.
The book, which is issued by Dar Al-Fath for Publishing and Distribution in Alexandria, Egypt. It discusses regulations of Iraqi Labour Law No. (37) of (2015) compared to regulations of Egyptian Labor Law No. (12) of (2003), supported by latest judicial applications of Federal Court of Cassation in Iraq.
The book includes special rules that regulate nature of relationship between the worker and the employer, in a way that guarantees rights of both parties.
