Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, receives Prof. Dr. Eddy J. Moors, Rector of IHE Delft Institute for Water Education/ Netherlands, and his accompanying delegation. They discuss developing scientific and research cooperation.
During the meeting, Minister of Education expresses aspiration of Iraqi academic institutions to develop cooperation in water sciences and training fields to meet challenges and enhance joint scientific research.
Minister of Higher Education points out the importance of developing training programs and academic opportunities for Iraqi students and researchers in relevant disciplines through specialized programs, referring to possibility of attracting international students to Iraqi universities within ( Study in Iraq ) Initiative
For his part, Rector of IHE Delft Institute for Water Education/ Netherlands, expresses his full readiness to cooperate with educational and academic institutions in Iraq and conclude frameworks of understanding that regulate joint training, study and research fields.
