University of Kerbala
Based on its scientific and academic vision, the Ministry of Higher Education has issued the book which is entitled (The Role of Universities in Serving Society). The publisher is the University House Publication and under direct ministerial supervision for its publishing.
The book is divided into four parts. It focus on modern studies and to overcome obstacles and provide industrial, urban, economic, agricultural, health, environmental, water, tourism, educational, administrative, social and cultural solutions.
The Ministry calls the executive institutions and local administrations for adopting the procedural plans and consultations proposed in the book and implement them practically to achieve sustainable development.
