Faculty of administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed “fundamental capabilities of human resources and their impact on product quality”.
The study aims at determineing the impact of fundamental capabilities of human resources in its dimensions: (knowledge, skill, commitment) in achieving product quality through interactive role of quality of work life.
The study finds out a set of results, the most one is existence of an impact of fundamental capabilities of human resources on quality of product individually and collectively through interactive role of quality of work life.
The study recommends the need to increase attention to variables of the study by focusing on developing and improving individuals’ skills and capabilities and creating an appropriate organizational climate that enhances their loyalty to the company and contributes to motivate them so as to achieve high performance.
