University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis entitled “Assessment of Galectin 3 Binding protein and Heat Shock protein 70 and their Relationship with Sperm Antioxidant Biomarkers in regard to Infertility in Men”

Faculty of Medicine, University of Kerbala, has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled of Assessment of Galectin 3 Binding protein and Heat Shock protein 70 and their Relationship with Sperm Antioxidant Biomarkers in regard to Infertility in Men”
The thesis, prepared by Ahmed Abdel-Galil Saeed includes the safety of sperm since this matter is of great importance for the correct genetic material to be passed on to future generations and integrity of the sperm responsible for fertilization, while the reactive oxygen species are important molecules and signals in the physiological processes that play a prominent role in pathological processes involving the reproductive system and reproduction if they are present in excessive quantities.
The study concludes that the total oxidation of Hsp70 was high in the semen of infertile men, while the rate of antioxidants with Hsp70 was reversed in the plasma of the sperm of infertile men, and the rate of their risk factor was significantly different in contrast to (GAL-3), where its results were not significant in fluid from infertile men.
