University of Kerbala discussing an M.A Thesis entitled “Assessment of Nuclear factor- kappa B in Cardiovascular Patients infected with Human Herpes Virus 6”

An M.A thesis at Faculty of Medicine / Kerbala University has discussed Human Herpes Virus 6 and the B strain to the subfamily Betaherpersvirinae and the genus Roseolovirus. The two viruses are closely related to each other. Humans are considered as their main host. The human herpes virus VI is a persistent infection in the host that lasts for life.
The thesis, which is entitled ” Assessment of Nuclear factor- kappa B in Cardiovascular Patients infected with Human Herpes Virus 6), has been presented by Hawra’a Haitham Muhammad Al-Zubaidi). It is to reveal the relationship between the nuclear factor and patients with cardiovascular disease infected with Human Herpes Virus 6.
It is concluded that there is a significant percentage of patients with cardiovascular diseases who have infection with the human herpes virus 6, and the increase in the level of nuclear factor kappa may be related to the infection of 6 human herpes virus and carditis.
