University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis entitled “Emotion Detection in Arabic Social Media Texts using Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing”

Being submitted by Zakaria Hussein Ali Saleh, College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled ” Emotion Detection in Arabic Social Media Texts using Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.”
The study contributes to Arabic natural language processing by proposing a scalable and effective method of detecting emotions in written text.
The study recommends proposing a hybrid deep learning approach based on LSTM and Bert to improve sentiment classification in Arabic social media texts, particularly in Iraqi dialect.
