University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis entitled Physiological Assessment of adipokines and the Role of micro RNA_590 in Obese Women related to Thyroid Disorders

Shedding light on Physiological Assessment of adipokines and the Role of micro RNA_590 in Obese Women related to Thyroid Disorders, College of Science, University of Kerbala has discussed physiological functional assessment of adipokines and the role of some small non-coding RNA molecules in obese women suffering from thyroid disorders.
The study, which is presented by Teba Haider Abdul Ameer, aims at analyzing physiological, biochemical and hormonal changes associated with some levels in women with hypothyroidism.
The results show that low thyroid hormones lead to higher levels of harmful cholesterol and triglycerides, increased secretion of adipokines, and thus significant changes in a number of gene expressions.
